Introduction
I am a clinical research associate and Master of Health Studies student at Athabasca University. I began my professional journey in 2017 and have since worked on a number of observational and interventional research studies. I take pride in the work that I do and my contribution to the practice-changing research I am involved in. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way! I am passionate about improving health care practices and delivery. As a clinical research associate, I have gained a unique perspective into some of the challenges facing the health care system. I work directly with physicians and patients to manage clinical trials with the aim to observe, understand and enhance health care around the world.

I love to spend my vacation time traveling the globe. Unfortunately, the pandemic has put a halt on my travel plans temporarily. The photo to the right is from my favourite trip so far, Hawaii in October 2019. My favourite travel activities include hiking, swimming and enjoying local cuisine.

One of my favourite pastimes is baking delicious desserts. I like to follow "healthy" baking recipes with less sugar and added protein as they are more popular in my household. In the end it usually means that I just end up eating more. Click here for one of my favourite recipes: chocolate peanut butter protein cookies.
